COVID-19 Update: Now Seeing All Patients!

We hope you and your family are staying safe during this Coronavirus Pandemic. Governor Baker has announced his reopening plan, and elective procedures as well as routine cleanings and exams at dental offices are included in Phase 2, which starts on June 8, 2020. SmileVana reopened for emergency treatment on May 26th, 2020, and for elective procedures, routine cleanings and exams on June 8,2020. We are making some changes to keep our patients, team, and community safe. Safety is our priority.

We have invested in sneeze guards at the front desk, appropriate PPE and humidifiers in each treatment room (since COVID19 viral particles cannot float in the air at humidity levels between 40 and 60%), and intra-oral suction devices to remove patient's aerosols at the source. We are also using surface disinfectants that kill human coronavirus in 1 minute. We have put new protocols such as scheduling time to clean the room after every patient into place to keep our team, patients, and the community safe. We would like to ask you to please:

1. Provide new or updated insurance information at least 1 week before your appointment.
2. If you are a new patient fill out all new patient registration forms online, at least 2 days before your appointment (so you don’t have to fill them out at the office).
3. Arrive 10 minutes early, please stay in your car and give us a call at 508-238-2924.
4. Keep your mask on when you come into the office after we let you know we are ready for you.
5. We will take your temperature when you arrive and ask you questions from a COVID-19 Questionnaire.
6. Please do not bring anyone else into the office, unless discussed with our office for specific reasons
